This picture is of the windmill that was just off Rockshaw Road for 100 years, until it was pulled down to make way for the new railway line's cutting in 1897. This picture was used as the then Rector's Christmas card. The windmill's spindle, grindstones and timbers were used to make St Katharine's lychgate, which is enscribed to the Rector's family.
